Seven Top Tips to Look and Be Incredibly Beautiful
and Healthy Inside and Out, Naturally

© 2018 Health Realizations, Inc. Update

To get the healthy glow, bright eyes, smooth skin and captivating smile you’ve always wanted, the secret lies within -- yourself that is.

Let your outer beauty shine by incorporating these all-natural methods into your lifesytle.

Real beauty does not come from slathering on expensive creams or makeup, or spending your life savings on plastic surgery. Real beauty, the kind that emanates from within and is capable of stopping people in their tracks, comes from the inside out.

The tips that follow will show you how to properly nourish and care for your body, with the “side effects” of healthier skin, shiny hair and strong nails, along with a glowing smile that shows off the beauty you hold on the inside and out.

1. Stay Hydrated

Drinking pure water helps flush toxins from your system while helping your cells function more efficiently. But be careful not to drink just any water. An Environmental Working Group study found 141 unregulated chemicals, and 119 regulated ones, in U.S. drinking water supplies. And bottled water, which typically comes in BPA-containing individual bottles and may in fact be nothing more than bottled tap water, is not a safe alternative.

Water is one of the most basic and fundamental elements necessary to human survival. Most of us in the United States are fortunate enough not to go a day without it.

However, the water that springs forth from your tap may be hiding a surprising array of chemicals, some of them unregulated. In fact, when the Environmental Working Group (EWG) analyzed data from nearly 40,000 water utilities, serving 231 million people, they found something disturbing ...

An EWG study found 141 unregulated chemicals, and 119 regulated ones, in U.S. drinking water supplies.

The drinking water contained 141 unregulated chemicals along with 119 chemicals that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) had set health-based limits on. The most common chemicals they found were:

  • Disinfection byproducts
  • Nitrates
  • Chloroform
  • Barium
  • Arsenic
  • Copper

" ... In many communities the water that comes out of the tap could be contaminated with scores of chemicals. People shouldn't be alarmed, but they should be concerned. Our system of public health protections isn't working in this case," EWG's vice president for research stated to FOX News

What Specific Chemicals May be in Your Drinking Water?

As disturbing as it is to know that there could be hundreds of chemicals lurking in your next glass of water, knowledge is power. And only by learning what the risks may be can you then take action to protect yourself and your family.

  1. Radon

  2. Chlorine and Chlorine Byproducts

  3. Trichloroethylene, or TCE

  4. Prescription Drugs

  5. Pesticides

To put your mind at ease consider a high quality water filter or having water delivered regularly to your home in large non-BPA containers.

2. Eat Fresh, Whole Organic Foods

Processed foods contain preservatives, artificial colors and flavors and many other additives that are not good for your body. To really give your body a boost both inside and out, cut back on processed food and focus on whole, natural foods instead.

Adding more raw foods to your diet is also a popular way to give your body a healthy glow, as eating raw foods is said to increase energy while boosting mood, slowing aging and fighting chronic diseases.

And as much as possible, choose foods free of pesticides, genetically modified ingredients and other additives.

3. Manage Your Stress

Anyone who's been through an extremely stressful event knows how it seems to show up all over your body, such as in dark circles under your eyes, dull skin and new wrinkles. Managing your stress is key to retaining a youthful face and body.  There are various relaxation techniques that are effective for many people. If you need a calming agent to help you deal with stress and anxiety, ask your practitioner what is best for you based on your specific health condition.

4. Exercise Regularly

Exercise tones muscles and helps promote blood flow -- necessary for healthy skin and body. It will also help you relieve stress and improve your circulation and overall health.

5. Get Plenty of Sleep

Sleep refreshes your body and helps to restore the energy that you've used up during the day. Sleep is also the time when your body is able to do repair work, when muscle tissue is rebuilt and restored and growth hormone is secreted (this is important for kids but also for rebuilding tissue in adults). Ask your practitioner if you need a sleep aid that will not only help with inducing sleep but will help you STAY asleep.

6. Cleanse Your Face Gently Each Morning and Evening, and Apply a Mask Once a Week

Lather up your face with a gentle, non-toxic soap. Rinsing and lightly rubbing dry will improve your circulation and exfoliate your skin, adding to your healthy glow.

Next, apply a natural moisturizer. As you age your skin loses its ability to retain moisture, so a natural facial moisturizer is very important. Because 89 percent of ingredients in typical personal care products have never been tested for safety, use an all-natural moisturizer with no artificial or chemical ingredients.Once a week, or as needed, also use an all-natural clay mask. Clay is a popular ingredient in today's facial masks because it works in two ways. First, as the clay dries it draws out toxins and other impurities from your skin. At the same time, the minerals in the clay are absorbed by your skin.

The result is that debris is pulled out, pores and hair follicles are cleared, skin is exfoliated and it's left looking truly refreshed and with a younger, healthy glow.
