Ellen Kamhi, PhD, RN, AHG, AHN-BC, and Dr. Eugene Zampieron, ND will take participants on an herb walk to identify medicinal and edible plants through the Gilbertie’s property, discussing the folklore, chemistry, and traditional uses of herbs.
They will then harvest many herbs and lead a workshop teaching participants to transform the herbs into cough syrups, tinctures, salves and other herbal medicaments.
